Six MenuBack to Projects
The Six menu is a very unique interface, as it uses an unconventional approach to display menu options to the player. Each cube contains a different set of actions; such as, Play, Options, Credits, and Exit. The player interacts with the menu in a 3D world by shooting the desired action. In response, the cube runs a pre-defined animation and displays the requested information. Each face of a cube contians up to six different possibilities.
For the first cube the options were limited, as Single Player was the only mode of play. The design team still entertained the idea that a miracle might occur and multiplayer mode would be made available, however, that did not happen. The first cube contains four of the six characters from the game. These images were chosen for their dramatic effect.

Menu Collaborators
Renee Desjardins
Renee drew all of the characters by hand, and then digitized them in the computer. Her drawings were used in the opening sequence as well as in the menu.
Justin Waugh
Justin worked with Renee on comics, and was responsible for inking, and colouring the artwork.
Daniel Brown
Daniel was the design lead for the Six project, and worked very closely with all collaborators. Victor and Daniel worked very closely to implement the 3D menu.
